The label that was missing
Perkelium Record was born from the burning Hell flames of passion of the founder, Alfredo Metere, who was active in the black metal underground scene of Stockholm, Sweden and Helsinki, Finland, way back in the 2010s, as well as from the frustration of typical recording labels being solely profit-focused and often dismissing extreme forms of metal as unappealing to the masses, which is the WHOLE point of composing extreme metal.
To us, we cannot wait to record, produce and distribute your music! Bathe us in blood!
While our recording studio and label welcomes all kinds of music, we do specialize in extreme metal, like black metal, death metal, grindcore, war metal, folk metal etc...
The name “Perkelium” is a portmanteau of “Perkele” (“Satan” in Finnish) and the “-ium” ending, to give the idea of a chemical element.
